Dear Friends,Photo of Gina Cuttone our Board of Directors President

It is extremely gratifying to see the positive impact Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley has had on the children and families in the communities we serve.

I am honored to serve as the Board President and to be able to partner with our team of committed Board members, employees, volunteers, and donors. Through their dedication, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley is able to make families’ lives better and reach annual goals year after year.

We are putting family first each and every day. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley, Inc., we are proud to reiterate our organization’s continued commitment to serving families in need. We believe that when a child is critically ill, the closeness of their family is as essential as the strongest medicine prescribed. That’s why we continue to devote our time and energy to our beloved House.

In 2017, your support allowed us to serve 517 families. Our House provides much-needed relief for families in difficult situations. Often far from home and without the resources they need, families can unwind from the stresses of the hospital, enjoy a home cooked meal, and find solace at our House– but we can only serve families with your help.

We strive to diversify giving opportunities by creating unique programs to support the House and hosting dynamic events throughout the year. Our Adopt-A-Room program allows businesses to be an exclusive room sponsor for one of the 18 rooms in our House, providing much-needed comfort for families through a monetary donation supporting our rooms. Our Meals from the Heart program allows volunteers to cook dinner for families staying at our House, or give a monetary donation to this program.

To participate in our annual events, consider sponsoring a team at the FORE! The House Golf Tournament at Copper River Country Club on October 8th; joining us at the 12th annual Red Heart Ball at Clovis Veterans Memorial District on February 16, 2019; or join us for a day on the mountain at the 14th annual Sporting Clays Tournament at Sun Mountain Gun Club on April 14, 2019. For more information on becoming involved in our programs and events, contact Alene Istanboulian, Director of Development & Communications at alene@rmhccv.org or 559-447-6793.

In 2018, we’re giving away a 2018 Callaway Corvette Z06, a NCRS Award winning 1962 Chevrolet Corvette, and a custom 1967 Chevrolet Camaro through our Car Raffle program. The suggested minimum donation is only $5.00, and all proceeds directly benefit our House and the families we serve. For more information, contact David Ashjian, Director of Promotions, at david@rmhccv.org or 559-447-6300.

Our House is completely funded by generous community members like yourself. It is only with your help that we can provide a comfortable bed, food, and all the necessities of home for a family in crisis. Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We could not fulfill our mission to provide a home away from home for families without you.

Sincerely,

Gina Cuttone
