I am blessed to be in a position to serve the families that stay at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley.  We have a compassionate and caring staff that I am privileged to work with each day in fulfilling the mission of the Ronald McDonald House by providing a home away from home for families in need.

My wife and I enjoy the culture and climate of the San Joaquin Valley.  We also like to take weekend trips to the central coast, attend concerts and spend time with family and friends.

I interned at RMHC in college & absolutely fell in love with the organization, enthusiastic staff and everything we do for our families. Our House is hard not to get attached to and it is so rewarding to see how appreciative our families are during their difficult time. It’s a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together.

In my spare time you can find me traveling the world! I love seeing new places, trying new things and spending time with my friends and family. I’m a total movie junkie and I love being outdoors.

What really drew me to the Ronald McDonald House was their mission. Families being close to their sick or injured child is so critical. I’m fortunate enough that I get to say I help make that happen.

When I’m not at work, I like to watching TV, movies, catching up on my latest Netflix addiction, and spending time with family and friends. When it comes to sports, I really enjoy watching NFL football and playing Ultimate Frisbee.

I work for the Ronald McDonald House because, this job allows me to live my passion for helping others. My 2 favorite things are helping others and DJ-ing.

In my spare time I continue to help others. I believe helping others is not just a job, it is a duty as a human being. DJ-ing helps me relax, kind of like music therapy.

My family and I had our own personal journey  with having a child in a hospital in a town far from our home, because of that experience I was drawn to the position at RMHC.  I am so very happy to be a part of the blessings this house provides so many families.

In my spare time you will find me , spending as much time as possible with my husband and kids.   I also love photography , camping, and traveling.

To be able to help provide a safe warm place for families during their most dire time is remarkable. On top of that, the staff here is dynamic and incredibly dedicated.

Well, I like piña coladas, getting caught in the rain, gardening, camping, spending time with loved ones, and trying to garner affection from my cat.

What drew me to RMHC was the fact that is supports so many families each year when they need it most. I am so fortunate to be able to help these families through our fundraising and marketing efforts.

In my spare time you will find me with my nose in a book, pinning away on Pinterest, or attending concerts all over California. Being an aunt is my favorite title and any free time I have is spent with my 2 beautiful nieces!

I became familiar with RMHC when I started coming in with my sorority 4 years ago to cook meals for the families.  As my time at Fresno State grew, so did my passion for Non-Profit organizations and when presented to do a full time internship with RMHC, I couldn’t say no! Now I am so excited to be continuing my work with RMHC as a full time employee.

I am one for crafting and am a regular at Jo-Anns.  I absolutely love to keep myself busy with DIY crafts and projects!  I also love shopping, spending time with girlfriends and snuggling with my two fur babies Fluff and Nug.

Whether you are a volunteer or paid employee, if you have a heart to serve your community this is the place to be!  When I gave birth to premature twins in 2000, I sure wish I would have had a facility like RMHC to lean on during that difficult time. It is so rewarding to be a part of this dedicated, compassionate team that blesses so many families throughout California by providing families home away from home.

I am a pretty laid back person and consider myself an old soul. I absolutely love to laugh and believe a smile can go a long way.  Family is everything to me and I love spending time with my husband of 21 years, my four beautiful children, and our silly Boxer named Wally. I truly believe every beach is my own little piece of heaven on earth and I am a diehard Red Sox fan.  You can usually find me in the kitchen cooking, watching baseball, or taking a nap. J

While a student at Fresno State, I had the chance to participate in “Alternate Spring Break.”  This program gave me the opportunity to volunteer at RMHC, and walking through the doors of this “Home” really made me think that I would love to work at a place like this.  What I enjoy the most about this organization is working with people who have the same passion to help others.  I also love the feeling I get when I know that my work helps to reduce the stress that our families face by helping to provide a Home where they can remain close to their hospitalized child.

In my spare time, I like to find arts and crafts to do as a stress reliever.  I also love to take walks and go on runs, spending time with family and friends, and hopping in the car for road trips with not set destination.  I am also a huge fan of Disneyland!

I heard about the Ronald McDonald House through a former employee. I’ve always had  a passion to help others. This job is truly rewarding and such an amazing way to help families stay together in there “ home  away from home” during such a difficult time .

During my spare time I love to travel as much as I can. I’m also a proud big sister to my baby sister Sophia. I  absolutely love going to concerts, and spending lots of time with family friends and pets.I try to stay away from stores, but shopping is also one of my favorite things to do.

I work for RMHC because of the families, I like to provide the families with comfort in knowing that they will have a place to stay while they’re going through the tough times of having their child in the hospital. It’s nice knowing that even though you can’t make everything okay that they can at least find comfort knowing that they don’t have to be far from their child.

My hobbies include cooking watching movies and spending quality time with my kids and husband.

I am so lucky to have been given the opportunity to work along side such an amazing team.  RMHC is about giving and caring with unconditional love, which makes me enjoy working towards a greater purpose.  Yes, working here is a “job,” but having a staff that thoroughly love what they do, that says a lot.

I’m a simple gal, loving the basics – eat, sleep, gym.  I have plans to explore the valley more in the future.

I enjoy my job, making sure the families have a clean and comfortable place to stay. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, going to church and preparing a family meal.

My role at RMHC is maintaining the bookkeeping and financial records. In my view the bookkeeping is the axel on which we ride to fulfill our mission. Good records and reports support the Board and management in better decisions.

I am committed to our community through volunteering at The Discovery Center where I have served for over ten years and currently as President.

I started volunteering with RMHC in August 2016 and spent many days a week at the organization.  I really enjoyed the environment so I decided to apply.  Upon receiving my position, I didn’t even have to think twice when it came down to accepting it.  I love the families that we serve, knowing you make a difference for so many people is amazing.  The co-workers I get to work alongside with are great!  They have all been so welcoming from the start.

In my spare time, I love to do makeup so I experiment with new looks when I get bored!  I love spending time with my boyfriend, family, and friends as well.
