Central Valley Red Shoe Society Raises Nearly $4,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley at 1st annual “Rockin’ With Red Shoes” Fundraiser Concert

Proceeds from the fundraiser will support the Ronald McDonald House’s Meals from the Heart program

April 4, 2019—MADERA, Calif.— The Central Valley Red Shoe Society’s first annual “Rockin’ With Red Shoes” fundraiser concert at the Moravia Winery raised nearly $4,000 for the Ronald McDonald House Charities’ Meals from the Heart program. The concert, held on Saturday, March 30, attracted over 100 guests in celebration of the mission of the Ronald McDonald House – to provide a home away from home for families of children who are hospitalized.

“We’re so proud to host this event in support of the Ronald McDonald House,” said Stephanie German, Central Valley Red Shoe Society Guild President. “This contribution to the Meals from the Heart program is such an important way to help families who are staying at the House while their child is being treated at Valley Children’s.”

As stewards of the Central Valley Ronald McDonald House, Red Shoe Society members work together to raise money, volunteer their time, talents, and network with a slew of active community members. Red Shoes are not the only thing to make society members stand out. Red Shoe Society members are leaders. Being a Red Shoe Society member means sharing the vision and mission of the Ronald McDonald House to help make a difference.
